Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and we want to provide flexibility while maintaining the commitments required to run our programs and services. Our refund policy applies to all Co-Love programs, retreats, and services:

• 8 Weeks Before Start Date: You may request a refund (minus a $500 administration fee) if you notify us at least 8 weeks before the program or service begins.
• Before Module 3 (or equivalent): For applicable courses, you may request a refund minus $1,000 for services rendered if you withdraw before completing Module 3 (or equivalent content).
• No Refunds After Module 3 or Start of Retreat: Refunds are not available after Module 3 for courses or once a retreat or service has begun.

Important Notes:

• Refunds are conditional upon participation and completion of required work up to the withdrawal date.
• Deposits for retreats and certain services are non-refundable but may be transferable under specific circumstances.

All materials provided in Co-Love programs, retreats, and services—including manuals, workbooks, worksheets, and recordings—are the intellectual property of Co-Love LLC. Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
